I loved working with the team in the Westwood location today. Vicky and her team were amazing. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I've had the greatest experience with the David's bridal team. Especially with Celeste in the alterations department. She's is so pleasant and helpful! She did an amazing job on my bustle! (15 buttons! 😁) By the time my final fitting came around I felt like she was family lol if you want your alterations done with love ask for Celeste 💗
I rarely ever post reviews but good service deserves to be called out. I had an awful experience at another one of the DB stores and was hesitant in booking another appointment. But we were paired with Margaret, who was so warm hearted, patient and attentive. She listened to my ideas and budget, didn't push an agenda and made us feel comfortable from the beginning.
