First time I went in I had a fantastic experience the girl was sweet and caring and it actually made me say " not sure what all the other brides complained about." Welp, I spoke to soon of course. We ordered a dress with extra length and they ordered two sizes to big. Then they said they may not be able to get the other dress in on time before my wedding and that if not we could alter the bigger dress to fit me. Jami was super nice, understanding, and did her best to wow me. I bought the dress that night. Other girls that worked there surrounded me and we're very sweet and honest. I can't wait for my dress in January.
My experience today was awesome! Jami did a fantastic job with helping me pick my dress. She was extremely patient with me and listened to what I had to say! She also took the time to really get to know me and know my style. I cannot wait until my dress gets in and to wear it on my wedding day! Thanks for all your help, Jami! :)
I am giving this a high review because of the lady who helped me, her name is Beth. I went on a Sunday, it was the only place open and I was upset we had to go to David's because I've heard of all the awful reviews. To my surprise, I had an awesome time because of Beth! She made the whole experience really fun and I felt like I wasn't being rushed or just someone to get commission off of. If you go, request Beth!!
I read these reviews and my experience was completely different. I went in , unannounced, looking for a prom dress w my daughter and my 14 month old. Super accommodating. My son broke a jewel from a bracelet and they didn't even bat an eyelash. Found the dress and went to alterations in just over an hour. Extremely happy we went there.
