I had an amazing experience. Kristina assisted me . She actually picked out the dress that I decided to buy . I was about to give up until she found that dress . I am very pleased with the service .
Had a great experience with Kristina as we started out search for dresses! She was so personable and flexible and totally catered to our needs!! Such a fun experience!

Michelle in the fitting department was absolutely amazing!!! She was accommodating and very helpful. Never once did she make us feel unwelcome or rushed! Thank you Michelle!!! Also a lady at the front desk this past Friday the 29th was also wonderful. I have to say our last 2 experiences before this when we went there were not terrible but less than perfect our "stylist" didn't even catch the "dress" we didn't get to ring the bell. Michelle made up for this and apologized for our previous experiences!!
I've never been to a bridal shop before but if I am ever in need of one this is where I'm coming. A two hour drive was nothing compared to the excellent service I received. My stylist, Aritza, was AMAZING. Her size recommendation was SPOT ON. My first time as a groomsmaid and my dress was early and it fit PERFECTLY!!!
My first time and i cried like a baby. Kristina @ the kirkwood hwy location made me feel like i was a princess. I loved my experience and i loved her enthusiasm. She helped me pick my brides maids dresses and my color. Thank you Kristina
Our bridal consultant was wonderful! Alanna put up with all of our shenanigans! She helped me in and out of 7 dresses, a few more than once! I had a great experience today and can't wait to go back for my bridesmaids dresses! Thank you!!
