I had an excellent experience yesterday! Dona was my bridal consultant and she was fantastic! She was so patient with me! I'm not a dress person so I'm sure I was difficult. She helped me pick my dress, a sash/belt and my veil. I couldn't have been happier with the results! Then I had a bridesmaid appointment. Karen helped us with that. She was AMAZING! I found my dress today and couldn't be more happy with the service that I was given from all the staff at the Davids bridal in Wilmington!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I don't think I could have found my dress and my whole wedding parties dress without the help of the whole team! Would recommend to anyone to go there for their wedding dresses/bridal parties!!! Holly was SO amazing and catered to all of my needs during my bridal appointment. She went out of my to provide me with the best experience possible. She literally ran around the store pulling dresses for me and even assisted me even though my scheduled appointment time was over. Wonderful store with great selection.
My daughter had an issue with her prom dress. They allowed us to exchange and gave us the time needed to find the perfect dress. It was an amazing customer service experience!!!
We had a wonderful experience at David's bridal in Wilmington tonight. Our stylist, Cat was exceptional. Thank you Cat for your expertise at finding the perfect prom dress and accessories for my daughter.
I was really given the time I needed to find my dress! I never felt like I was rushed or needed to lose some extra weight! She did great pulling things that look great on me!! She also made sure I had my space durning the process of choosing! She was helpful and was fine with my baby being there... unlike other places in my area I went to. I found the dress! The caliber of dresss were much better the what I had back at home!
My bridal party and I enjoyed ourselves . Did not feel crunched for time .
My helper name is Joye and she helped me so good. We have a connection that we made over picking out my prom dress. I would come back for my wedding dress.
