We had a better experience the second time we went to David's Bridal in Wilmington, Delaware. Take a tip from me, don't go on the weekend. We went on a Monday with the bridesmaids. I had the styles written down from the Internet site that we wanted to see. This made it easier for our attendant. Do you homework before going, and it will be a pleasurable experience for you. Internet website is faster than the store as far as ordering. Overall, good experience.
Thank you to Donna!!! She was amazing! This was the only store I was able to find excellent customer service and someone who listened. I'm a military spouse and I was looking for a dress for a military ball at West Point. Every other store in the area tried to put me in dresses that were not fitting for a military function. Donna was super attentive and patient when I tried on several dresses. They were extremely busy but i never once felt rushed or like I was bothering her. Thank you again Donna!
I had a bridal appointment today to dry on dresses for the first time! They were so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I liked. The consultants were so nice. It was a bit crowded since it was a Saturday, maybe go through the week!
Patty was the best !!!!!! We had the most incredible experience picking out the PERFECT wedding dress for my sister. Patty was so welcoming and made my sister feel like the true princess that she deserves to feel like as a bride!!! � thanks again Patty!
I came here to give a huge shout out to Sylvia! She is an angel, the biggest help, and an amazing listener! Upon checking in for my appointment I picked out about 5 dresses myself. Some were great but none blew me away. Based on my actions, like covering my tummy when in a form-fitting dress, and my desire for some type of sleeve, lace, and tulle... she pulled the PERFECT Oleg Cassini gown.
