My beautiful sister, who is the bride, had a good time, and found her dress (which she looks amazing in)! So I guess that is all that matters; but unfortunately we got Patty as a sales rep who was extremely rude, condescending, and seemed to be in a rush! Which pissed me off no end! But it's not my day, it's hers!
My daughter bought her wedding gown at David's Bridal. When she picked it up and brought it home, she found it thrown in the bag and holes in the illusion sleeves. She had to take it back and reorder another one. The sales lady we had was NO HELP!! Her nails were so long she couldn't assist my daughter with the buttons on the back of the dress, I helped her try on the gowns. They advertise low prices but when you get there the ads were misleading.
Expensive and to many people in your way when trying on. Then there is the up charge for alternations when they could have easily order closer in size!
Horrible service, with an appointment, we still waited to try on dresses
