People were super friendly and helpful. Had to get a rush job for a military ball I was going to and they were able to meet the time frame. Would highly recommend them.
I had Tracy as my consultant and she was super sweet and attentive to my needs and my questions. I had been to the Greensboro, NC location and found a wedding dress that I liked and decided to wait on buying it (I didn't want to buy first dress thinking I might find one better) the Greensboro employees were rude and I felt like I was being rushed thru my entire appointment. I had Hannah as a consultant. She found me a fantastic dress that I didn't know I was looking for. She was patient and happy to take the lead or ride shotgun. Seriously LOVED her. Also today was my alterations appointment with Eileen. She's wonderful and so sweet. She's very knowledgeable and made my dress perfect. This isn't isn't a place to take a bunch of people or like it is in tv shows. It's perfect for the no fuss bride that doesn't want to spend half the budget on the dress.
Went in today for my bridesmaid appointment, already knew the dress I was buying so that was easy. I didn't have to wait that long for my helper, Sarah? Was friendly and helpful. When I went to check out they said there might be a 10week wait which would have been impossible so they called and were able to get it in before the wedding!! Super thankful and satisfied with my service.
So super helpful, I loved Tracy who helped me try on dresses and I literally bought the first dress I tried on! She answered questions that I didn't even know I had! And was so incredibly cool! And the lady from alterations was awesome as well, even though she needed to see many other brides at the same time she took her time and was wonderful as well! Going back in February for alterations appt and I can't wait!! ���
