The move in process was nice. The home itself which is a 2 bedroom is also nice. Any concerns or questions that I had were responded to immediately. The management is great with communication and helpful. I have only had one minor maintenance request and it was taken care of the same day.

This is my place of Residents, if you want to live, quiet, safe, No headaches, easy to get around, clean comfortable,affordable,i Strongly suggest you look into leasing at Dayvillage,will not go wrong!!!
would give 0 if i could. Dirty and moldy inside. Terrible customer service...Never get back to you. Maintenance is terrible. Painted over mold and can't even fix a drain. They charge you over $80 a month for water but never let you see the bill and you have no washer/ Total shit hole

The move in process was terrible. Whenever I had a problem and Savannah is the one that responds the problem is never taken care of. Don't get me wrong she seems as if she is nice, but nice and competent are two different things. I honestly would not suggest anyone moves here as my basic needs aren't met. I thought I had bad experiences before but living here has truly opened my eyes. I absolutely would not recommend living here.

i wouldn't know to start with this townhome but to say is they don't care about the people or pets in the neighborhood. if you guys have pets I wouldn't live here because they killed our dog with American pest putting mouse poisoning in the homes.

Awful! this place will ignore you and act like they dont care. I dont understand how people can do that, if it were there home they wouldnt want rats running around attacking their pets! but its too much to ask for from them. They told me for 2 weeks straight that my a/c would be fixed and it was 95 that entire week with my dogs in the house and you cant open the windows xcuz there is no screens in the window
I believe with better upper management this property can flourish. But, because upper management like the white manager Sabrina who don't care about the residents but simply about making money at any cost this property is going to keep going downhill.
