While occasional scheduling delays are understandable in any medical office, keeping patients informed about extended wait times would greatly improve the overall experience. A brief update from staff when appointments are running behind would help patients better manage their time and reduce frustration. I have had nothing but a positive experience so far! I moved from Florida to North Carolina on July 30th 2025. I needed a new outpatient facility to go to and this place ended up being LITERALLY 2 MINS from my new home! They told me, to be seen, I was able to come in any time on a Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The day I walked in I did a psychosocial analysis right away with a doctor on Zoom, and then they got me set up with a follow-up appointment with the psychiatrist within 1 week.
