After spending nearly 3 hrs today to fill out the application with a friend of mine who needs the services, we were sent to the Concord Facility to begin a 7-day stay of treatment where a bed was preapproved, but that ended in disaster. Not only did we have to repeat the paperwork and a doctor review taking another 5 hrs, just like what we filled out in Salisbury, but we were refused admittance for a 7-day stay by the Concord facility.
