I am having trouble getting a return phone call and my child’s prescriptions in a timely manner. Every time I call and tell them the situation they transfer me to yet another person who does not call me back. I don’t know if it’s their turn over rate or what but no one there seems to know what is going on and with who. They did not want to disclose anything about my son even though he lives with me AND he is not emancipated. PLUS, I was there with him again just last week! Sherry rider is a great person to teach you about recovery and makes sure you understand everything we learn about in her class. She is very sweet and understanding.
The care team thru my medicaid has been very helpful no matter what i got going on. The women that share a room always go out the way to help make sure I'm ok n help so much with findin things I need. It's hard out here n they get it. They listen an show they care.
