First off i wanna say that ANY negative comments are from patients who didn’t apply themselves (and expect someone to hold heir hand like a baby) and ex-workers who hated their job. Nobody that applies themselves at daymark has any bad remarks towards them. DO NOT let these comments discourage you. Daymark is a FREE place where you can better yourself if you apply the information that is freely given to you. My experience there was herindous. It's a terrible place. Staff is awful and unprofessional. It's like the blind leading the blind. Foul language is the course set for each day and if you're a religious person, be ready for your beliefs not to be honored. It is not a good place and I would never recommend it to anyone!

Wasn't anything like it was in 2018. Residential staff didn't connect with patients the way they did in the past. I was in a bad way extremely emotional. Had been wanting to leave and ad been hanging on by my fingertips. Told a staff member I planned on leaving the following day. His response was "why don't you jus leave tonight"... I said "ight let's go." It's not like I had been saying ima leave and they jus got tired of hearing it. They use to talk to u and see if there's something going on with u. I have not been to this place. I am not an abuser of anything. I am a Woman of GOD. My daughter is here. Someone put her in here to get rid of here because she ask for help. They talked to her probation officer and I'm not allowed to do that. I'm her mother. This man has money and left her there to get her out of his sons life. I do not know if she has clothes or anything. He has set her up. One of the employees talks to him on a first name basis. This is not right in the sight of GOD. He will deal with all accordingly.

Maintaining the confidentiality of your patients should not be confused with being rude and absolutely useless to the concerned friends and family who are trying to schedule a time to come see them. I understand that your business does not depend upon consumer service but empathy and service are principles anyone in any level of service must subscribe to.
