Very nice people but they weren’t right for me. I started with virtual meetings, then they forced me to go in person, then they wanted me to be in a group. I declined, but they said just try it. I did and didn’t like it, and even though I expressed how much I wanted 1 on 1 better, they just left me in a group. My son who needed more mental therapy than me went from once a week to every 2 weeks, then once a month. Like I said, very nice people. But the didn’t do what my son and me needed them to do.
The receptionist is rude and nasty. When someone is there seeking help a little kindness is better than acting like she did. If it weren't for people needing help she wouldn't have her job. Acted like I was a bother.
My son was denied services, because he has ADHD and autism, when Daymark's "mission" clearly states that individuals of all ages and mental illnesses were served! Go figure, just another company defrauding the government!
Ms. Monroe is so kind and just a lovely woman. World needs more people like her.
My child Loves her therapist!
