My caseworker is wonderful. She has helped me get into Therapy, stays in touch with me every week , if she knows I’m slipping up- she checks in daily. My sister recently reached out to her and she was quick to help alleviate the situation. I feel she always has my best interest. She treats me with kindness and respect, thank you-Debra Fleming.

Knowing that I have the best support from my case worker means so much. She always have a ear open to my issues and I know she is listening to me then will give me support to help me get through what ever it may be at the time. I absolutely love the support group I have been a privilege to be a part of through Daymark. My zoom meeting is led by Ms Brandie at the Moore Center and she has been amazing. She’s knowledgable, courteous and helpful.
I had a horrible experience wouldn’t refer anybody there. When trying to reach a doctor the nurse didn’t follow up with my urgent phone call and on the second day was a Friday which meant no doctor. Then she sent me for labs and when I got there it wasn’t paperwork for it. I was pissed. Because of this I ended up going to the E.R. Which could’ve been prevented if I had a nurse that cared. A big thank you to Ms Sherry who picked up the ball and trying to make things better after the 2nd time of having bad experiences there.
