I want to personally thank Shantika McDonald at the Rockingham location. She was off work and took the time to help me with a family member in a crisis situation. Her work did not stop there. The following morning she assisted my family member with the resources they needed while they were at Daymark. Her kindness and generosity throughout this process was extraordinary. I wish I could give her 10 stars! Give that girl a BONUS, she's amazing!
