Utilized this facility while suffering from a mental health crisis. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Harrison for being so thoughtful and caring. He truly went above and beyond to provide care, comfort, and knowledge. He explained every step of what care at their facility looked like and his constant reassurance that healing and recovery is possible was a great step in getting the right care that was needed. Please, if you have a disability, don’t put yourself through the pain of going here. The way the staff handled things was honestly shocking — completely unprofessional and totally unprepared for anyone with accessibility needs. It broke my heart to see how little care or respect was shown. No one should ever be made to feel like a burden just because they need a bit of understanding and support. And honestly, why choose this line of work if you can’t even take the time to listen or care?"

Daymark is yet another mental health facility that does not care about people with mental health problems. The staff had no clue what they were doing. I had to restate what I was asking for over and over again just for them to schedule the wrong kind of appointment, or at a time I did not ask for. On top of this, the website does not work. I also had no form of communication with my psychiatrist.

Big Shoutout to the staff - Nora, Joan, Harrison and Brittney. They were all very helpful and comforting during such a tough time. I’m just thankful I had the support and was provided tools to succeed. I can’t say thank you enough!!

Yes I was sent here from emergency atrium on billingsley road told that this was a place that could help all this that and the third okay the process with the front desk went okay the process with the therapist over the Telecom went okay and then the lady that came to get me settled in for the night came very combative very she was very agitated toward my anxiety issues and this was after I asked her the lady name that cost a combativeness and asked her for paper to write the situation up you know it's sad how these places a... read more
