Wow!! I have seen Dr. Shah for years and he has been wonderful in treating my anemia, but this review is about JAMIE, who helped me today when I called to make an appointment. The first person who answered when I called to make an appointment couldn’t find me in the system, put me on hold without explanation, and eventually Jamie picked up the call. Staff very professional and friendly. I had a cat scan. In and out in 10 minutes.
Wow!! Who knew a diagnostic procedure could be fun?? Staff are so friendly and sweet. Alexis worked with us and was precious! She had a great sense of humor and you could really see her compassion. She kept us "in stitches" for the majority of the time. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed!!!
