Dillon provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was always friendly and approachable, and never minded being interrupted to answer questions about other things I needed done. DB electric was phenomenal. I had an issue with a street light not working and they diagnosed it in minutes and worked out a solution very quickly! Great communication coordination, not to mention very cost friendly! Can’t say enough great things about my service. Will definitely utilize them in the future!
Great experience! He knew what the problem was once I explained what was going on and he arrived quickly. Very fair pricing and professional. I will definitely use this company in the future.
DB electric came out to look at my dryer outlet today because it was sparking and tripping the fuse on the breaker. It almost caused a fire and we have a 3 year old in the house. I was SO stressed out over this happening and DB electric made the experience so much easier. The electrician that came out was SO awesome! He answered me right away and he made sure things were working good for us before heading out. He didn’t push products at me which I so appreciated. He was even cool to my cat lol THANK YOU SO MUCH DB ELECTRIC!
Had a great experience with DB ELECTRIC! He kept me updated by text the whole way, even when he got stuck in highway traffic, so it was easy to plan my morning around his arrival. Once he got here, he figured out the problem right away and had it fixed quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable.
