From start to finish the whole team was communicative and helpful. Scheduling was easy and the prices were fair. Cas came out to service two furnaces at my grandparents' home. I’m retired from being a contractor myself for forty years. Dave and his crew did an excellent job. Ivan and Victor were extremely courteous and professional. The “sign off” sheet is an excellent idea. We will continue with them on an annual maintenance schedule.
Dave and his team were very professional, thorough and prompt with our Heat Pump install process. Answered all the questions I had about the system and during the planning and installation phase and even helped keep our old dying furnace running for long enough until we could get the install done.
DB Heating and Cooling is a very professionally run company. The owner, Dave is great at explaining and providing detailed information in helping us make a decision on the options for replacing our 23 year old gas heating system. We ended up going with a heat pump system which was made more affordable with various incentive rebates which he helped us navigate as well. Dave was the only heater guy on the Peninsula to tell me about a huge rebate which ended up saving me $11,000. No other company even mentioned it to me! He offered to get me the rebate, even if I hired another company. Where else do you find people that committed to doing good for others? He is a highly, highly ethical person!
