Very satisfied with my experience with DBS. From the initial estimate to the finished product, it was a simple and smooth process. They polyjacked our front steps, as well as the back step out of the garage. They also reaffirmed the garage slab with the same process. The cleanup was great, with little notice they were there. Thanks DBS for a great job!

Had insulation added to my attic. DBS tried to tap a line of credit without my authorization. Contacted me multiple times about getting the deposit before it was even due, but it was up to me to contact them to actually get the work scheduled - two months later. I had three bids scheduled to address the concerns with collapsing, shearing, and bowing basement block I uncovered when doing the demo on the basement walls of the 100 year old home I purchased. Both field sales reps were thorough, explained everything, had the same solutions (steel beams to shore up the walls) and when the bids came, they were within $1,000ish of one another. The reason I picked DBS is because o... read more

Typical of many homes in MN, we found that the concrete slab in our basement had begun to sink and was showing significant cracks and unevenness after removing the flooring in preparation for remodeling. DBS came as a referral and we contracted them to level the slab with polylevel the first week of 11/2025. The work was completed in the time specified, and for a couple days, everything was fine. We had scheduled the contractors for the flooring to come by the following week. However, we soon had an overnight plumbing emerge... read more

Within days of having our concrete slab leveled by having DBS drill into it and then fill the void with a poly material my wife and I began noticing our sewer backing up. We made the call to a local plumber who found that DBS had drilled into our sewer line and then filled it with the poly leveling product. We immediately contacted our sales person Bryan Reynolds and was assured that DBS would take care of the issue and pay for the plumbing repair. After pictures of the repairs and receipts were sent to Bryan, he forwarded t... read more
