Had DBS come out and give me a quote on repairing a basement wall made of concrete blocks. The wall had big stair stepping cracks, horizontal cracks, and the wall was bowing in. I had multiple company’s out for quotes. The Guy from DBS, Henrik was the first quote I received. He didn’t try to scare me or push me into a sale. Nick and Rob from DBS stopped out to do some warranty repairs last week, specifically to spray some foam insulation in just a few areas that were missed in the original crawlspace encapsulation. They did a great job; quick and clean work. I'm quite pleased.
Very satisfied with my experience with DBS. From the initial estimate to the finished product, it was a simple and smooth process. They polyjacked our front steps, as well as the back step out of the garage. They also reaffirmed the garage slab with the same process. The cleanup was great, with little notice they were there. I had some concrete lifted in a portion of my 22 year old pool deck. The area in question had washed out some under 35x11 section. The guys were very prompt on the day they were to arrive and the communication from them was excellent. Unfortunately I am delinquent in writing this review so I forgot their names. We hired DBS to repair concrete in a garage floor and install some wall anchors to fix a foundation for a property we just purchased. After agreeing to terms, I gave them a deposit for half the job at the time (I think you have three days to change your mind and then your deposit is non-refundable). I was surprised at how insistent the rep was about paying the deposit by ACH immediately. I wanted to send them a check and the job was two months away.
