Very satisfied with my experience with DBS. From the initial estimate to the finished product, it was a simple and smooth process. They polyjacked our front steps, as well as the back step out of the garage. They also reaffirmed the garage slab with the same process. The cleanup was great, with little notice they were there. Thanks DBS for a great job!

THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY: If I could give negative stars, I would. My partner and I made a deposit to durastone our back patio. Making a $3,800 deposit in 7/3/2025 And given a date of 9/6/2025 for the job to begin, and finished 9/16. 9/6 foam was installed under the patio in preparation for the larger job. 9/16 came, and no one showed up, nor did we receive a phone call informing us OR to reschedule. I recently had a very disappointing experience with DBS due to their failure to follow through on key promises and miscommunication about the feasibility of their proposed solution. Overall, great experience! The salesperson did a great job explaining the options, and the communication before and after was prompt. After paying half of the invoice, we were provided a one week window that was ~2 months out. That notice said that we would get notified 2-3 weeks out for the exact day and time.
