I have been a patient with Dr Joh for over a decade. I called to cancel an appointment. Whomever I spoke to was new and did not remove the appointment from the schedule. As a result they say I owe a no show fee. This is inaccurate. I’ve tried speaking with them to remove the e fee and explain the situation however they are not willing to waive it despite me calling to cancel in advance. Their office administration have caused Dr Joh to lose a long time patient.
