I received dental implants from DC Perio and Implants in 2023. I paid my bill in full upfront with my debit card and was given a zero balance invoice showing everything was paid. A month later, I got a surprise bill for $24. When I called, the staff confirmed it was a mistake, said my insurance would cover it, and told me not to worry. Care itself was great but billing was a nightmare. I did my operation in March, was in contact with the office for over six months, and ended up with a $900 bill because the office said they didn't know the kind of medical insurance I had, even though I provided my health insurance up front. After months of trying to contact the office, my insurers, and the lab, I was left to pay the $900 with little to no support from the office. Not worth the headache and absolutely not worth the money.
Dr. Armin Abron is truly one of a kind. His precision, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients set him apart as an exceptional surgeon. It’s rare to find someone who is not only incredibly gifted in their craft but also so passionate and compassionate in their approach. You can tell he truly loves what he does—and it shows in the results. Highly recommend!
Do NOT go here. It’s very expensive and the lack of professional behavior that is presented to patients from the front desks and medical assistants are unbelievable. Not only have I had numerous scheduling issues but this last visit was the worst. This last appointment they scheduled me for a post opt (when I was suppose to be scheduled for a cleaning, since I haven’t had a surgery in over a year a post opt wouldn’t make any sense). Awful experience here. The office lied about their speciality gum mouthwash not being available outside of dental offices so I bought it. Then I found it on Amazon at half the price…. The dentist Abron also damaged one of my teeth when extracting another one next to it. Avoid this place at all cost.
