We are from San Antonio, TX and this was our first time here. It's a small store, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that there wasn't any madness like similar stores in San Antonio. We were able to look around and take our time and shop. We were also able to open the boxes to make sure that the box was complete and that the product worked. Thank you for letting us take our time and shop and for answering any question we had about any particular item.
I have never met a store owner that hates his customers more than the owner here. This store is, I’ll say, fairly good overall—the items are definitely more used than new, but there are a few people who still give this place business by buying multiple things, while others might only grab one or two items. The biggest issue is the owner. He doesn’t put out the items he posts on Facebook, even when he promises they’ll be available the next day. So it was my first time in there and it was amazing. Definitely a differnt bin store unlike all the rest. I found my boyfriend a pair of shoes and some other items I really want. I cant wait to go back! The lady checking us out was so funny and super helpful!
Notice how they only respond to the good reviews and do nothing to better the experience for those with the bad reviews. Like the good review replies are so state the obvious thank you for shopping with us! Fix your customer service, and give that same service to everyone who steps foot in your store instead of denying service to them because they help your business grow 🙄.
Do not buy anything of these store. Employees are too sweet while you purchase the item and when something goes wrong. In my case: I bought govee lights from them paid $500 and took home not all the parts were there so I simply drove back 2 hours they clearly said parts were there when you took it. I recommend do not buy anything from them. They frauds with you.
