I have seen Ms Maxwell on and off since 2021. She is an amazing therapist! She gives you techniques to utilize between sessions, holds you accountable for your progress, and is extremely sympathetic when processing difficult topics. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to focus on anxiety, grief, and trauma.
