I had my first appointment today and it went very very well. My therapist was very nice and she listened too me and she taught me things about my medicine I did not know. Overall it was a great experience and I look forward to my next appointment in a month.
I feel very comfortable working with Debra. She is very intentional in her treatment plan and sets my expectations appropriately. She’s been a source of support for me and provided me with access and information to additional resources. I went through a few providers that didn’t take the time to understand my current state as well as my history before I met Debra. My first television with Dr Debra Franzer was a lovely experience. Doctor is with good humor and hit all the trouble spots with her questions. Her demeanor and personality made me feel extremely comfortable. I will be seeing her in person in April and am looking forward to it. .
Debra was kind and empathetic. She was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of my medication.
