I feel like it could have been better. Communication should have been clearer between firm and client. At times i was receiving 2 different information from two people. I made the mistake to only work with one firm Rather looking for the best. Numbers were going back and forth with late information and only when asked questions. Madison was telling me a number and Debra was saying otherwise resulting in me not trusting fully the process. Everything should be explained better and more detailed.
