DEC got right out to my parents' home when they needed them. Their employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks, Nathan, Kelvin, Hunter & La'mahr for bringing back a loving home. We were able to have our family Christmas get-together.

Nathan Freeman and team members all did a wonderful job with communication, professionalism, and delivered excellent customer service from start to finish. They made me feel like I mattered to them in getting my issues resolved correctly and in a timely manner. I especially want to thank and recognize Mike he was excellent and all around great! Angel was very good and so was Kelvin! I will definitely refer this company to all of my family and friends. Thank you all so very much for resolving my issues!

Had a PRV failure and called DEC to evaluate the water damage. Steve came to the house right away. He made his assessment and Lamar had equipment at the house within an hour to start mitigation. Very impressed with knowledge and friendliness of the DEC team. Highly recommend and will use for future needs. Thank You Jay

A water leak caused a huge problem at my condo in Auburn. The people with DEC Fire and Water Restoration were great to work with. Steven Nutter, the Account Manager was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and great communication skills. The Mitigation team started within in an hour and worked diligently. They were just flat out awesome. Their leader, Zac is upbeat, kind and energetic. Others that I dealt with were LaMahr Miller and Kelvin Ogletree. Each were courteous and always on time.
