I’d give zero if I could! We hired Decorama in February of this year to do all of our floors! They are still not complete and have now stopped responding to us! They owe us thousands of dollars in flooring and the laminate they installed in the kitchen has all come up!!! We will be taking legal action!!! I barely know where to begin, they started the demolition three weeks ago and said the job would be done in 3-4 days. They bailed on day 2, we have no flooring, and it was one BS story after the next about why they abandoned the job. They took >$10k in deposits, destroyed our home, and bailed.
