Amazing experience with Deep Clean NYC! Lena and her team were a dream to work with. They were incredibly thorough in deep cleaning my home's interior/exterior windows, air vents, kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, and everything in between. Lena is super knowledgeable and took time to inspect everything. Additionally, she shared helpful tips and recommended the best products to use. If you're a clean freak like me, then Deep Clean NYC is for you!
We hired Deep Clean NYC to clean a new development apartment after seeing they specialize in move-in and post-construction type of deep cleaning. Lena was very easy to work with, responded to all of our inquiries quickly and reserved the date we needed. On the day of cleaning, 6-person crew arrived on time to finish everything in 7 hours (max allowed time in our building) and everything was spotless at the end.
deep clean handled several difficult tasks for us, including disinfecting a sewage spill and a post construction clean up. great service, good people. a quality small business who has done right by us which is why we've called them several times. very pleasant interactions and great communication.
Deep Clean NYC was very professional, thorough, and efficient. We used them after a 9 month remodel on a small apartment. They made the place sparkle when they were done. They touched every surface as it was in deep need of a deep clean. Lena the owner was very easy to coordinate with and her staff worked hard and efficiently to get the apartment completed in the time they they had quoted. The price was fair and we were very pleased with their work. Highly recommend.
Shelly was über helpful and friendly every time we chatted. She was quick to respond and provided clear details on what to expect. I needed a deep clean for my apt because I was cat sitting and realized I was very allergic to cats. Anna did a wonderful job and was completely thorough on my home office since this is where the cat hung out most. She brought all her materials and I was kept updated on her progress.
