Dr. Shivakumar is wonderful she is very professional she takes her time and explains everything in detail she is truly and genuinely concerned about her patience, I would definitely recommend dr. Shivakumar to family and friends she is the best !

I really can't recommend Dr. Shivakumar. You'll never get her on the phone because she requires you to message her using the myLoyola system. Dr. Shivakumar took several days to respond to my messages. I've been waiting over a week for prescriptions she said I needed, and her office said it will take at least three weeks more. Really bad office. She's probably a good doctor if you're healthy or not in a hurry for medicine, but if you have health problems and want a doctor who answers your questions, I would look elsewhere.
