Most people go on here to give horrible review but; no one comes on her to give positive feed back. I would like to say I moved to Deer Creek probably a little over 4 months ago and I must say the new management time is awesome! Coty is the sales person that assisted me through this process and he really went out of his way to help me through this whole ordeal. place is a Dump. Gun shots, killings, DRUGS...you name it. Don't get me started on the office staff or owners...dumb as rocks
This place is the worst place I've ever seen. Its run down. The office people are rude and non understanding. They're unprofessional and sell people trailers that are unfit for health. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Sewer water runs through peoples yards and they refuse to get it fixed or taken care of. I strongly suggest you stay away and go somewhere better. I would've given this place no stars at all
Don't EVER rent or purchase from these people. The entire community has plumbing issues within the main line. A family member of mine leased a trailer & from day one the plumbing has been backed up. One contractor came out a few weeks within my relative reporting the problem & rigged the line so that the household can use the facilities. They also have no meter installed at their trailer which they should have in order to have gas turned on. There's no HEAT!!
