My wife and I have lived at Deer Creek for almost 3 years. The management and maintenance team are so helpful and fast at fixing any issues we have. They are very good at taking care of not only the inside of our apartments but the outside as well. They keep the whole community updated on events and things happening. We are very pleased to call Deer Creek our home!
Love living here. It’s quiet,clean and maintenance is always on top of getting things fixed. The property Manager Heather is great, she always gets right back to you and is very nice.
Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Physically it is very well maintained. Heather is very nice and always giving gifts to residents for holidays. Only “negative” is we could use updates on appliances/flooring.
This is a very welcoming atmosphere to live at. Just walking into the office area makes you feel very much at home. The property manager does an excellent job with the Tennant's and is very much liked and appreciated by them.
Heather and Don are awesome! They always make sure to get the job done! Bless them both!! The place is cozy but needs updated and the walls are too thin, especially for a 3rd shifter.
