Had my wisdom teeth out and needed to be knocked out because of the tooth placement. The staff were very helpful and kind--they emailed me to confirm how much I would owe post-insurance, and were patient with my extreme anxiety surrounding the operation. Everything went completely smoothly, and I was provided with all information I needed pre- and post- operation.
Dr.Thomas and his staff were very friendly. Dr. Thomas had a great bed side manner and answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable, I was a NERVOUS WRECK when I came in. On the day of the surgery his staff was very friendly and helpful to me and they made me feel relaxed. I started crying(I have not one clue why) and the nurses reassured me and comforted me. They took GREAT care of me and explained what was going to happen.Everything just went SMOOTH less than 15 minutes.
I had all my wisdom teet extracted by Dr. Thomas last week. Dr. Thomas is an excellent surgeon, with a great bedside manner. I was very impressed with the level of care and respect I received from him and his staff. The entire process, including appointment, admission, anesthesia, actual procedure and after care were so convenient, safe and comfortable. I am very grateful and would, definitely, recommend him to my family and friends. Shawn M.
Very disappointed with their front desk courtesy during our visit. Also disappointed with their compassion prior to surgery. Notified them a couple of times and uninterested in our concerns. After being referred to this office and the outcome we will have to find another place in the future. Customer service is so important and continues to be forgotten.
While the procedure itself went well the billing situation was a nightmare. Upon paying upfront for the procedure we were told there would be no further payments outside of our insurance. Being that it had been scheduled more than a month out we were told the statement had already been submitted to insurance. Turns out they had not waited for a response and we were sent a bill a week later for close to $1,000 - in addition to the $500 paid upfront. We were lied to, find an honest office.
