We sold our house in upstate NY 6 months ago . After searching for a new place to live , my husband and I decided to try Deerfield Village at Niantic CT, b/c of its excellent location. We were apprehensive about moving to a community environment and very quickly, we met 4 wonderful people who made us feel welcome and assured us that any issues that might come up with the unit , they showed us, would be quickly resolved.
