Scheduled an appointment for an estimate at our summer home a week prior. They set the time between 10-12 . Confirmed by their text system and email the night before. Drove 2 1/2 hours to meet them and they didn’t show up or even call. Kind of glad because I wouldn’t want them to do work for me if that’s the way they do business. Don’t waste your time like they wasted mine.
Deets Mechanical did a wonderful job from diagnosing the old furnace to installing our new one. They were right on time, explained every part of their process, they worked quickly, and left no mess when they were finished. They were even wonderful to our curious puppy and one year old granddaughter. We would highly recommend Deets!
From beginning to end, Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and determined to get our heating system working and ready for winter. He did an excellent job of troubleshooting the various issues that arose and also took the time to teach me some helpful facts about our heating system. I definitely will call Deets again for any future heating needs.
Deets did a great job when they did a furnace check for me. Mr A Tarr did a wonderful job of explaining everything he was doing. Found a part that wasn’t up to par and replaced it the same day I was impressed with his friendly but yet professional attitude. Will definitely use them again next year and if any problems arise!
Deets has done quite a few GIANT jobs with us - I can always rely on them getting done or fixed in a timely manner with their quality workmanship! They get right out and get it done! Highly recommended!
