Paid big $$ for an installation at a vacation place. Less than four months and a few uses later had a massively dangerous failure and other problems. They won't take or return phone calls, so going to have to pay more to find someone else to fix their incompetence. Will be reporting them.
Scheduled an appointment for an estimate at our summer home a week prior. They set the time between 10-12 . Confirmed by their text system and email the night before. Drove 2 1/2 hours to meet them and they didn’t show up or even call. Kind of glad because I wouldn’t want them to do work for me if that’s the way they do business. Don’t waste your time like they wasted mine.
Deets has done quite a few GIANT jobs with us - I can always rely on them getting done or fixed in a timely manner with their quality workmanship! They get right out and get it done! Highly recommended!
They just completed a 2 day insulation of a new electric furnace in my home. They did a fantastic job. Had my electric furnace installed in one day and returned the next day to install the heat pump in 20 degree weather. The technicians were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing furnace repair or replacement.
Deets Mechanical did a wonderful job from diagnosing the old furnace to installing our new one. They were right on time, explained every part of their process, they worked quickly, and left no mess when they were finished. They were even wonderful to our curious puppy and one year old granddaughter. We would highly recommend Deets!
