Our water heater broke late Friday night leaving our carpeted basement soaking wet. After seeing the owner of Deets at my restaurant Saturday morning, I asked if there was any possibility of scheduling someone for Monday. 1 phone call and a matter of minutes later, Austin returned saying a technician and himself would be at my house in 2 hrs to replace it….on a Saturday! Not a good or even acceptable experience. Yes heater is now working. Photos show how it was left, only way I knew someone had been there was the check was gone, even the thermostat was still turned off. Then a week later I received a call telling me another part finally came in - I questioned why and was told they would have the tech call me….still waiting for that call, lol. No invoice or anything!

The guys shows up when they said they would. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and did a 5 star job. Cleanup was great. Even cleaned the exhaust pipe. Will use again and refer to friends and family.

Bo and Isaias did a great job removing old furnace and setting up the new one. Darrin came and set the gas pressure, started the furnace and was very informative about what he was doing and how to best use the new unit. Everyone at Deet was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.
