Called to request quote to replace my aging water heater. Was scheduled next-day and received text and email confirmation of appointment, including another text to indicate that the tech was on the way. He was on-time, polite, and knowledgeable. Received the quote immediately. The team came back and installed the water heater with no issues - they were clean and super efficient, great communicators.
