Definition Heating and Plumbing is a real stand up company. Daniel explained everything I needed in great detail and told me what I could delay until later. He truly wanted me to know the best and worse case scenarios. And because of this, they’ve earned themselves a lifetime customer in me.

We have four Mitsubishi mini-split A/C heat pumps that were nearly 15 years old. During the heat wave in July, the two units in our bedrooms were not cooling properly. Since we have a maintenance contract on them (and our furnace) with Boston Standard (who originally installed them as New England Ductless, we called them to perform a leak test.
