I would love to rate their service, but sadly I can’t. I called them for a simple gas lantern repair and they said they would call me back to schedule a repair. They didn’t. A few days later someone calls me requesting to immediately fix the lantern even though this wasn’t scheduled and I was not home. Then after getting in contact with them again, I asked about scheduling and they responded with the job they did on someone else’s property and ignored another attempt to schedule anything. I will not recommend it to anyone. Very bad service, They came to my place did not have any conversation never tell me what they will do never tell me how much they will charge me. Just look at my equipment. Tell me contact to Pensacola company service. And send me a bill for $175. They tell me they checked my gas leaking, but they did not, honestly and company service from Pensacola gas came and checked everything. Fair pricing. Honest and did a great job on installing a new propane water heater. They stand behind their work. Highly recommend and will be using them again JB the future .
