★★★★★ I can’t say enough about Fumi Matsubara and the team at Defy Digital Marketing. Fumi brings an unusually deep and broad level of expertise to everything he does, but what really sets him apart is his dedication and genuine determination to deliver. He takes the time to understand the business, stays personally involved, and consistently goes above and beyond what’s expected. His team is equally impressive: smart, responsive, knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. You never feel like just another client. Fum... read more

Working with Defy Digital has been nothing short of incredible. Fumi and Gretchen are not only brilliant at what they do, but they also care deeply about their partners. At the Village Faire, we’ve seen firsthand how their attention to detail, innovative ideas, and thoughtful approach make all the difference in bringing our events and marketing to life. They always go the extra mile, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their partnership. Thank you for being such an amazing part of our team!

I even hired a national online company to help me, and it wasn't really making a difference. I decided to move forward with Defy, and within just a few months, they had my website showing up in the local search engine keywords. Gretchen and Fumi a... read more
We have worked with Fumi and the team at Defy Digital for over a year, and are so grateful for their knowledge, talent, and understanding of modern marketing and what we need to do for our greatest success. And we also REALLY appreciate their patience and willingness to work within our parameters and limitations. They REALLY know their stuff but also take the time to make sure we understand it, too. Not only that, they are simply great people of integrity. We highly recommend their services.
