I did a special order since I wanted the sable cabinet and gray inside shell of the hot tub. Worth the wait. They are very helpful and knowledgeable!
What an easy and seamless experience! The team was knowledgeable, and able to explain everything that I needed to know as a first time owner. Delivery was fast, they were respectful of my property, and gave me a great tutorial on how to operate the unit. My new hot tub was one of the best investments I’ve made in a long time.

From Austin in sales to the five man crew who removed our old (no longer working) hot tub and installed the new one, we were treated with respect and great customer service. They made sure the tub was positioned perfectly and cleaned it up, and instructed us how to use it. Our experience with Delaware Hot Tub has been excellent from start to finish.
