My husband and I bought a brand-new Hot Tub from Delaware Hot Tubs in Millsboro, DE. From browsing, to purchasing, to delivery/install and finally, orientation, everything was absolutely FLAWLESS! The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful to navigate your wants and needs of your hot tub. Mikayla in the office is so helpful when calling and asking any questions/concerns prior to orientation. Selection was excellent with a very wide variety of manufacturers, models and options. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable of features, pros and cons. Prices during New Years sale were much lower than anything else that we looked at from other dealers. Delivery was scheduled very quickly. Delivery crew was professional. Orientation was very informative - confident that we will be able to set everything up and maintain water chemistry.
I did a special order since I wanted the sable cabinet and gray inside shell of the hot tub. Worth the wait. They are very helpful and knowledgeable!
The crew that delivered our hot tub was top shelf. Very friendly and personable, did an excellent job. Review the operation of the spa with us explained everything that we needed to know. Five star review from purchase to delivery. Hoping to have it hooked up and operational very soon Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.
