The staff is knowledgeable and will work with you post-installation as well if any questions arise. I loved working with these guys. Intelligent, honest, communicative, and just great people. They are immediately responsive to all questions and concerns. They took the time to explain their process and then kept us updated from the start of the project to the finish. In all projects, there's bound to be one or two hiccups.
