Buying a car here is easy, but getting tires for a new 2025 CRV that were sold to me deformed was not. The car has less than 9500 miles. I was given the runaround. You need to file a claim with Firestone. When you call Firestone, they point the finger at Honda. When you call corporate, they tell me all the shops are independent and crooks. Very disappointed with Delray Honda Dealership. Went for an oil change and paid the bill and drove home. On the way home car overheated, light came on to shut engine immediately. NEVER happened before. Shut car and let it cool periodically. Fortunately less than 2 miles from home. Now I moved to Doral, but the service quality here is still worth my trip to drive 58 miles back here to get the work done. Been coming here for service almost every time since 2021. Proficiency is unbeatable, I can tell the driving experience gets smoother after the maintenance every time. And the level of details they care also surprised me multiple times. I just had a horrible phone call with Agent Linda trying to schedule an appt for my car service. I was having a hard time hearing with muffled sound and voice unclear. So I kept apologizing for not hearing and asked her to repeat herself. I needed to come in the earliest available because im heading on a business trip. I came to Delray Honda Service for a simple oil change and left with my dashcam destroyed. The staff claimed it “fell off the windshield,” but that explanation makes absolutely no sense. My dashcam was professionally installed in September 2023 and has never once fallen off — not with heat, vibration, or daily driving.
