Now I moved to Doral, but the service quality here is still worth my trip to drive 58 miles back here to get the work done. Been coming here for service almost every time since 2021. Proficiency is unbeatable, I can tell the driving experience gets smoother after the maintenance every time. And the level of details they care also surprised me multiple times. My experience with getting my car serviced was Awesome. Needed a driver side visor replaced & wanted to get my breaks checked since I've had the car for 6 yrs. I don't drive long-distance much. I didn't need any breaks ...so I'll just check my manual & have them checked at least yearly. Richard is such an great advisor and is a great asset to Delray Honda service department. I am So Thankful for the honesty. A Happy customer 🙂
Today I am once AGAIN HIGHLY annoyed with Delray Honda!!! Unfortunately this is not my first time with a poor review but will be my last time as I will not be back to return for ANY services!!!! I bought my 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid vehicle for a regular maintenance oil change. I bought my car here and have always taken my car to Pompano for service since its a little bit closer to my house but now I won't. I was greeted promptly by the service reception then went to speak to my service advisor Jeffrey Hernandez. He was very pleasant and efficient. Quoted me 1.5 to 2 hours, I think I was done in less than that time period. I got my car back in much cleaner state than I dropped it off and I am OCD. Lol Keep up the great customer service and work!!
What a truly great experience at Delray Honda service dept. I made appt for oil change and 2 minor recall repairs on my civic I was greeted by my service advisor Kathleen Willis who was very helpful,friendly,knowledgeable and honest about length of time this service would take (3-4 hours) and knowing I would be waiting for my car there she was able to secure a loaner for me to use .Which allowed me to visit an aunt in Delray and go to lunch 🙂 I received text and email updating me on progress of services being done When I re... read more
