Came here because I saw all the positive reviews plus a word of mouth. Very happy with the outcome. After repairs were completed I noticed a minor issue with one of the parts and after contacting the shop, they jumped to help immediately and remedied the issue, accommodating my busy schedule, fixing the issue in a very fast pace. Would definitely recommend this shop. The receptionist Minerva was particularly very kind and friendly.
As always, we received outstanding service and a great looking result with Delta Collision. Jeff and Minerva are great to work with and go above and beyond for their customers. My insurance sent me to this place (Delta Collision). When I arrived, Minerva explained how the claim work. Then, Cassie check my car. She was very professional. Later, someone of the team called me explain things very friendly (sorry, forgot his name). The estimated date and the actual date to pick it up was pretty close. Total service time took 2-3 weeks. I hit a deer driving at night, ruining my fender and adding dents/nicks to my bumper, hood and hood filler. My past collision center wasn’t certified by my insurance (Geico), but Delta was. I don’t think i can ever go anywhere else now. Everything from the customer service to the body work to the detailing was unbelievable. Great body shop, they were professional friendly and did a great job fixing my truck after it was in an accident with a good amount of front end damage. They were incredibly helpful and informative. ** The different grille is because GM no longer makes the grille my truck had when the accident happened.
