Negligent, unprofessional, lazy and clueless. Your condos suck on River road Chatham, one thing breaks after the next and you guys can't be bothered to answer the phone once. Another useless company, you're barely 3 star rating shows how crap you really are.
I'm a Realtor looking for the owner of Denali. I have a closing on one of the properties managed by Denali. Since December, the property manager has never returned a call or email to me. The condo I have listed is due to close next week. How is that going to happen? Also, I see a few issues with the property and reported it and since then, nothing has changed. ***Update March 2025*** I still have an outstanding work order from over a year ago, submitted it for the 3rd time 2 weeks ago as critical and CRICKETS. Glad to see my maintenance is going towards a company that continues to neglect our property but then give us a new property manager and “solve the issues”. I will believe it when I actually see it! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are completely unorganized and unresponsive. The contacts listed on the portal left the company and we were never notified of who our new contact was. They did not pay a handful of invoices on behalf of our HOA and as a result we almost lost our landscapers and snow removal company because they were not being paid. Please stop confusing this place with Denali Real Estate. It's laterally in the video the name of the place denail real estate. Y'all reviewing bombing a random place bc u think it's the same location bc they have similar name well the real one has 300+ reviews w a 4.8 rating. If your tryna review bomb go to Denali Real Estate And look at the lowest ratings and the dudes comment is still there about the mold which confirmed it for me. Please stop review bombing this company they don't deserve it
