Denise Garcia is always very kind and pleasant. She knows what medication is best for me. Next open appointments are sometimes hard to secure and long wait times. On other hand, very accommodating when I have had technical problems with Virtual Appointments. Staff at phone centers always helpful. No long wait times on phone.

Dr. Garcia is amazing and listens to every concern each visit. She has helped so much for my mental health and I can’t thank her enough! The entire office is wonderful as well and very accommodating.

Before meeting with Denise, I was super nervous about taking this leap. Denise made it super easy and comfortable for me to access the services that I needed. I truly appreciate the way Denise makes me feel heard and cared about. She is a great PsychNP and I am so glad that I found her. I cannot say enough great things about my experience thus far. While I love my psychiatrist with Livestance Health they have the worst customer service line and don’t allow you to book appointments online - you have to wait on hold for 30-45 minutes to speak to someone. They have billed my insurance incorrectly a few times that takes an additional 2 weeks to have any sort of resolution and they won’t update you on your account without you having to call in and ask. It’s troublesome but frankly idk if there’s any other virtual psych options in the chicago-land area.

Very professional. Great options for appointment times. The tela-health options are very convenient given my very busy and full schedule. Their quick responses are very assuring that they care about getting people the help they need as soon as possible. Would heavily recommend them to all my friends and family.
