Have had 2 occasions to deal with Dr. Patel, both have been great. He has been very professional and attentive both times. Answers questions and handles nervous parent well. Staff professional and proficient.

Dr. Patel removed my appendix. From my experience from everything. He was efficient in not just getting the appendix out, but removing infection and broken pieces of the organ. He was very good about communicating to me what happened and what is going to happen. The follow up visit to have my drain removed was relatively quick.

Dr D Patel was consulted for me by the ER. I had abdominal pain and after testing it was decided that I needed my gallbladder removed. Dr Patel was prompt in his response. He scheduled my surgery quickly. He was very professional and personable. Answer our questions, listened to our concerns. Post surgery he spoke to my wife and answered her questions and explained the surgical procedure and how it went. My follow-up visit went very well, the staff was friendly and professional. I would never recommend him to anyone. I was in the hospital under his care and expected and told I was having surgery. He wouldn’t show up some days and would relay messages through other dr’s. He should have referred me to a surgeon that could actually help me instead of letting me lay there in pain waiting for answers. It was the worst experience of my life and wouldn’t recommend him to ANYONE.
