I wish I could move out I've been a resident at Rasa for a little over 6 months now and I can't wait for my lease to be over so I can move out ($4000 fee to terminate the lease early!). Some reasons why: - The building is new construction, so looked great at first but on closer inspection it appears they chose the cheapest materials (cabinets, paint, etc.) possible.
