Dr. Peacock was excellent in explaining procedures, medicines. and what to expect at the visit. He was willing to answer questions. However, the pharmacy e-mail that one of the prescriptions for the my cough, Tessalon perles, has a yellow dye to which I am allergic. The pharmacist wants to do? One day later I still do not have the medicine for that purpose because the doctor did not respond.
My mother had a wonderful experience with Dr. Peacock. He was thorough in his examination, attentively listened and consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and genuine care, making her feel respected and well looked after throughout her visit. Thank-you Dr. Peacock. We appreciate you.
Too quick of an interaction. Doctor spent 5 minutes in the room and was rushed (there was no one waiting when we walked in and one person waiting when we walked out) All my sons tests were negative which meant a “local virus” He had fever a few days before has a dry cough , congestion runny nose and the doctor said he’s good go back to school the next day. The facility is well organized, clean and comforting. Overall, staff was inviting and informative especially my nurse and doctor. I wish the receptionist was friendlier and smiled-and remembered that people are coming here on their worst days!
Our Doctor was great and followed up by phone later that night Considering it was mid day on a holiday (Columbus Day) - when I went in - the wait was reasonable
