RecommendedExtremely helpful staff and a company that produces the top of the line uniforms. They’re always willing to help solve any problem or address any concerns the customer has. You can’t beat the in person service over other uniform suppliers that only sell online.
The Birmingham store is not open on days they publish to be open and they do not answer the phone … ever! Even the national customer service number goes unanswered during the times they publish as being open. Ugh!!! The products are good quality but given the price of their uniforms you should be able to go inside the store to shop or make returns and you should be able to engage with real human beings.
I really wish my daughter’s school would use a different store for their uniforms. The hours are terrible and unreliable! I drove to the store yesterday 30 miles just to find the store CLOSED on Saturday when it’s stated that they are open on Saturdays! They were closed for a week and a half almost during the holiday season which was such an inconvenience! The quality seems ok but a little overpriced in my opinion.
