Frustrated with Dennis uniforms - material is not good, never get our orders on time and today we realized and entire pile of the same size shorts are not the same size and out of 11 pairs of the same shorts only 2 fit correctly. The cost alone is astonishing and the fact that I have no clothes that work. The material is awful for Florida heat, the white shirts stain after one use and it is beyond frustrating at this point. They also have rips and strings.
Our school changed this year to Dennis for uniforms. We had a positive experience shopping at the store. I had a pair of uniform shorts to exchange which were ordered online and the store had some replacements in stock that worked for my son. The other desired size was out of stock so we placed an order in store to be shipped directly to us. I hope it doesn’t take too long to receive those (they said 2-4 weeks; I think many of us have become spoiled with 1-2 day shipping from Amazon). I do like the variety of sizes available... read more
I’ve never been a fan of uniform stores… until working with Sie and Hannah at Dennis in Boca. Wow! I came into the store expecting to leave sweating and frazzled because that’s what happens when you take your children in to a store to buy their school clothes, but I left cool, calm, collected and so very impressed with these two!! They did it all- they knew exactly what I needed, kept track of sizes, and my three kids very different orders and needs. I was shocked! They even wrote my kids’ names on their bags. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Back to school shopping for uniforms can be a pain; so it’s a huge help that the staff is willing and able to make it easier on you, especially finding the right size and style you are looking for, quickly and easily.
Hannah was very sweet and helped us with finding everything we needed! The quality and service here is always outstanding. We are excited to be ready for the school year to start!
