Wonderful store with plenty of stock in pants, dresses, polo shirts, belts, sweaters and shorts for schools that require uniforms. The establishment is very clean and well organized. The customer service was amazing and extra helpful. The products are a bit pricey, but well worth it because lots of high quality. Parking is very limited.
WORST experience I have ever had!!! I have been waiting over four months for my order, which, due to an arror made by one of their employees, was shipped to the wrong state. Despite multiple attempts to reach their customer service, I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and the inability to resolve the issue promptly has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Worst service than I ever had. I bought a uniform for a child for $200. The first item was sent no earlier than in 3-4 weeks. returning each item cost me 9$, so I lost about 40$ on returning the entire order, this money was simply wasted. It's been over 2 months since my order and I'm still waiting for my money back. Never buy anything here. Just horror!
The quality of the clothing is good, but when you order from Dennis Uniform they may not actually send you the item you paid for until the next school year, literally. This has happened to us twice. With no communication, no excuses, no apology. Your child might not even be the same size by the time they deliver on their side of the deal.
Horrible experience with Dennis Uniform. I purchased uniforms in the store in July and was quoted 2-4 weeks for the items on back order. It’s the end of October now and I’m still waiting to receive our uniforms. I ordered 2 sweatpants- 1 arrived severely damaged and dirty and the other never arrived. One of the gym t-shirts had a defective screen print. The uniforms are very poor quality and the processing times are unacceptable.
