If it were possible to put a negative star i would. Couldn't get the proper school name embroidered on my son's uniforms to save my life. I called four times in about a 2 1/2 month period and they sent me the same WRONG school name embroidered TWO times. I eventually had to cancel once i started doing some research. BBB has them as over 30 unanswered complaints and a rating of a D-. Most complaints were very similiar problems. Still don’t have my kids stuff been 2 months and says in ships in 1 to 2 weeks that was a lie …called they said sorry we never tould you it’s out of stock wow no email or call telling me this poor customer service then a ask when will I get my sons stuff they don’t no !!!! But I go back on your web page and my items say in stock ships in 1 to 2 weeks not out of stock still sad still lying online for sales!!!!!"
